How to use a Balm:

1. Scrape thumb nail backward across top of your Karma Balm.
2. Place the small chunk of balm into your palm and rub hands together for 3 seconds. A little goes a long way!
3. Now your balm is silky and smooth, massage it into the afflicted area.
4. Your balm will absorb in just a couple of minutes. Enjoy, use and love it up !!
